FIT FOR A KID is dedicated to educating young children about the importance of living a physically active and healthful lifestyle. We strive to develop these attributes in children by way of physical activities and nutrition instruction delivered in a fun, safe, and non-competitive environment. We serve preschools, private institutions, and child care facilities for children between the ages of 2-11 in the Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties. FIT FOR A KID also offers private nutrition and physical fitness training for children between the ages of 5-18.  We bring all of the equipment and materials needed for a safe, fun and interactive learning experience.

We want parents to feel good about knowing that their child is participating in fun physical activities in a familiar environment, whether at school or at home. Our year-round services provide a convenient, extra attraction for children, with no additional driving or hours spent for the parent. FIT FOR A KID provides a great resource for communities, concerned educators, and parents seeking to engage their children in meaningful physical activities.

Did You Know?

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the majority of children ages 4-18 engage in no organized physical activity outside school, and approximately 25 percent of children in that age group engage in no free-time physical activity at all. A reduction in the number of physical education programs in schools and parents' growing concern about childhood obesity increases the need for our programs.
